What you own

You own your own code, repositories, and project work.

CodexFlow does not claim ownership of the code you write in your own projects. The license governs CodexFlow’s software, workflow assets, paid payload files, activation materials, and proprietary content.

What you may not do

You may not:

  • Share paid payload files with another person
  • Share activation files with another person
  • Publish paid payload archives or manifests
  • Commit paid proprietary assets to a public repository
  • Remove or obscure license watermarks from premium emitted assets
  • Resell CodexFlow as your own product
  • Repackage CodexFlow paid assets into another prompt pack, workflow kit, agent kit, or competing developer tool
  • Use one Personal or Standard license for a team
  • Misrepresent CodexFlow as affiliated with OpenAI

Watermarks and license metadata

Premium emitted files may include license-aware metadata.

This metadata can show:

  • License tier
  • Commercial-use status
  • Payload identifier and version
  • Generated timestamp
  • Hashed or truncated license references

This metadata is designed to show usage rights without exposing raw license keys, raw customer emails, or raw secrets.

Team and company use

Personal and Standard are individual-user licenses.

A company may purchase Standard for an individual who works commercially, but the license still belongs to one named user and does not allow multiple people to share the paid payload or activation.

If multiple people need to use CodexFlow, contact support before purchasing.

Upgrades

A Personal user who needs commercial rights should move to Standard / Commercial Solo before using CodexFlow for commercial work.

When a Standard activation is issued, it becomes the correct activation for solo commercial use.

Refund and termination basics

Refunds and access changes are handled according to the Refund Policy and the purchase terms accepted at checkout.

Access may be restricted or terminated if paid files, activation materials, or proprietary workflow assets are shared, redistributed, misused, or used outside the purchased license rights.
