CodexFlow publishes the full policy at /legal/refunds-policy and requires acceptance before payment. Digital-license purchases are generally non-refundable once access or digital delivery begins, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Can I use Personal for client work?
No. Personal is a single-user, non-commercial license. If you use CodexFlow in client work, on a SaaS product, on freelance projects, or on monetized work, choose Standard / Commercial Solo.
Is the price going up after launch?
Current prices are the launch prices. We may adjust pricing in future versions; license terms for existing customers will not change retroactively.
Do you offer a team plan?
A Team plan is planned but not yet available. If you need multi-seat licensing, internal AI development rules, or org-level governance, email support and we will keep you updated.
