License guide

Personal and Commercial Solo install the same workflow payload. The rights are different.

The activation file encodes the tier and `commercialUseAllowed` flag. Watermarks reflect those rights when premium content is emitted.

Personal — non-commercial

One named individual. Personal, hobby, learning, and non-commercial open-source contribution use.

Not valid for employer work, client work, SaaS, monetized projects, internal company tooling, or team use.

Commercial Solo

One named individual with commercial rights for own products, SaaS, freelance, client work, and solo commercial projects.

No team sharing. A second person needs their own license or the future Team Waitlist tier.

Customer owns their code

CodexFlow does not claim ownership of your project code or business logic.

CodexFlow assets are licensed

Paid payload files, premium agents, commands, and skills cannot be redistributed or published publicly.

Upgrade path

Personal to Commercial Solo is handled by issuing a new signed activation for the same license identity.
