This Disclaimer explains the independent nature of CodexFlow and the limits of the information, workflows, software, documentation, and digital materials provided through https://codexflow.io.
1. Independent private service
CodexFlow is operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o. as an independent private business.
CodexFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or operated by OpenAI. References to Codex, AI coding agents, developer tools, repositories, or third-party platforms are descriptive references to compatible or relevant workflows only.
CodexFlow is not a governmental service, public authority, regulator, court, tax office, payment institution, bank, law firm, medical provider, investment adviser, or financial adviser.
2. Developer workflow product
CodexFlow provides developer workflow tooling, repository operating files, documentation, commands, skills, QA checklists, runbooks, handoff structures, signed activation materials, protected payload access, and related digital delivery.
CodexFlow helps users structure repository context and AI-assisted development workflows. It does not replace human review, professional engineering judgment, code testing, security review, regulatory assessment, deployment approval, or customer responsibility for the customer’s own projects.
3. No professional advice
CodexFlow does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, employment, immigration, cybersecurity certification, or regulated professional advice.
Any examples, checklists, runbooks, prompts, workflows, AI-assisted content, or documentation are provided for software workflow and information purposes. You should obtain appropriate professional advice where your project requires legal, tax, regulatory, security, medical, financial, or other specialized assessment.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
CodexFlow does not guarantee that use of the product will:
- produce correct or secure code;
- prevent bugs, regressions, vulnerabilities, downtime, or data loss;
- create legal, tax, security, accessibility, or regulatory compliance;
- increase revenue, productivity, approval rates, ranking, conversion, or project success;
- satisfy any third-party platform, customer, payment provider, app store, advertiser, investor, regulator, or auditor;
- remain compatible with every repository, framework, tool, AI model, operating system, or future third-party update.
CodexFlow can support more structured workflows, but customers remain responsible for decisions, outputs, tests, deployments, and use of the product.
5. Third-party tools and platforms
CodexFlow may reference or operate alongside third-party tools, platforms, models, repositories, payment providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, hosting providers, and development environments.
Third-party platforms may change their APIs, terms, pricing, product behavior, compatibility, security requirements, or policies. CodexFlow is not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside its reasonable control.
6. AI-assisted content and outputs
CodexFlow is designed for workflows involving AI coding agents. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, insecure, biased, unsuitable, or inconsistent with your project requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving all outputs before relying on them, deploying them, selling them, sharing them, or using them in production.
7. Source freshness and documentation
Documentation, examples, screenshots, commands, workflow suggestions, provider references, and compatibility notes may become outdated as software and third-party services change. CodexFlow may update materials from time to time, but customers should verify important technical steps against their own environment and current third-party documentation.
8. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- backing up your repositories and important files before installing or running tools;
